  • Auction acquisition of a property in Wimbledon for £1.3m being purchased by 4 overseas high net-worth individuals from Dubai.

  • Acquisition of a building on Harley Street for £6m with exchange and completed undertaken in less than 48 hours.

  • Acting for some overseas clients purchasing a house in Maida Vale for £3.45 million which via a Jersey SPV.

  • Acting for an Italian couple in their acquisition of a farm in Hemel Hempstead for £3.9 million.

Commercial Real Estate

Providing expert legal advice across all areas of commercial property and leasing work. Examples of recent transactions:

  • Acting for a French Government owned logistics company on various property matters including a lease renewal of one of their warehouses, dilapidation settlement on two office units in Heathrow and a wayleave agreement for an existing office in London.

  • Acting for a JV client purchasing a development site in Uxbridge for £2.9m which involved rights of light issues.

  • Acting for Australian restaurateur taking lease of a restaurant unit at a new development at the O2 in which landlord made a £1.2m capital contribution for client’s fit out works.

Banking and Finance

Acting for lenders and private lenders on financing real estate transactions both acquisition funding and development funding. Examples of recent transactions:
